Our client, a successful employment website is looking for a CRM Executive to focus on the Benelux region.
You will ideally be a graduate, with solid experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre in a B2B environment. Experience with an online company would be an advantage.
The role involves liaising with recruitment agencies, and other businesses to ensure they are satisfied with the employment site, dealing with any queries they may have, managing relationships, and occasionally presenting to clients and attending meetings.
Responsibilities include:
•Providing orientation and training for new clients on using the website effectively
•Handle a high volume of enquiries from clients, and logging info on a database
•Post jobs on website
•Creatively resolve issues and queries
•Assist the sales team on reports and presentations as required
•Attend onsite meetings


You must be confident on the phone, with a professional manner and good people skills.
